Licence Maintenance


MicroSurvey License Maintenance System will generate one (1) key for each serial number.
Please make sure that the Device ID you enter is correct! If you enter the Device ID
incorrectly you will not receive a new serial number.

  • Unable to retrieve the required configuration information from the MicroSurvey license database server, please contact Technical Support.
  • Application system error. Please contact technical support.


Please enter your Device ID, then re-enter the value and press 'Submit'. WARNING: Only one (1) password is generated by this system for a Device ID. Please be VERY CAREFUL when entering the Device ID. Replacement serial numbers will not be provided.
